Stairlifts

We offer a range of stairlifts which enables us to offer good, working solutions to a wide variety of client needs, using manufacturers such as Stannah, Meditek,Thyssen,Brooks and Handicare (Minivator).Straight stairlifts are available with manual or powered swivel seat, with manual or powered footplate lifter, manual or automatic powered hinge and minimal track intrusion at the top of the stairs.Curved rail stairlifts available as external (against the wall) or internal (against thebanister, where space allows) fitting. Also with the same options as above.

Outdoor stairlifts are also available.

 

Through-floor lifts

We can provide both the Wessex VM range and the Terry's vertical, through-floor lifts, both which can accommodate ambulatory and wheelchair-using clients, giving access from ground floor to upper floor (maximum travel of 3.5 metres).

Hoists

We provide the full range of Oxford hoisting equipment which includes the Voyager range of ceiling track hoists with straight, curved and turntable tracks which can assist with transfers in most situations. In addition we can also supply a range of portable, freestanding and mobile hoists as well as the Mermaid bathlift and the Dipper poolside hoist. We also provide an assessment service for our comprehensive range of Oxford slings.

Steplifts and lifting platforms

Our range of steplifts and lifting platforms allows us to provide both internal and external wheelchair access up to height of 1 metre for steplifts, 2.5 metres for vertical platform lifts (not enclosed) and 4 metres in a bespoke enclosure. It is also possible to provide a number of landing stops with certain lifts.

Inclined platform lifts

On certain stairs (normally in public buildings or particularly wide staircases) we can offer a range of both straight and curved inclined platform lifts which allow wheelchair users safe access between floors where it is more practical to use this type of lift.

Rental and refurbished stairlifts

We do offer a range of stock straight stairlifts for both short and long-term periods on a rental basis - price includes installation and uninstallation plus a monthly rent. We can also provide reconditioned stairlifts (dependent upon stock) at very advantageous prices.
